Pilates promotes concentration, relaxation, alignment, breathing, centering, coordination, flowing movement and stamina. Eventually resulting in complete control of your body.

Emma's classes are mat based with the use of props, such as the pilates ball, the magic circle, foam roller and the overball. Each class is different and fun.

Classes are small, max 6 people per class.

The studio is right by the beach in Kommetjie, inhale the fresh sea air as you work out.

Emma Staines is a Registered Body Control Pilates teacher, and is able to teach to the advanced level. Emma is also able to teach during and post pregnancy and has completed workshops in breathing, the Pilates ball, theraband, Pilates pocket, the pole amongst others. She is constantly adding to her knowledge by attending workshops and courses to keep her qualification registered with the Body Control Pilates Board.
